Pa-rums its way across the airwaves to ya.
But even when the shopping malls
Are filled each year "Deck the Halls"
You can't just drown 'em out with Hallelujah.

When Bruce has Santa come to town,
Or Paul McCartney gets you down,
Vivaldi or Tchaikovsky might renew ya.
I know it sounds unreasonable,
But not all songs are seasonal,
